Certified Pharmacy Technician- PRN (Temporary Position) at Augusta Health in Fishersville, Virginia

Job Description:

• Interprets physician orders and fills orders under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.


• Training and assignment in all areas of Augusta Health pharmacy services - Inpatient Unit dose, IV, Cancer Center, Med-reconciliation and restocking.

This is a temporary position, assignments will be approximately 6 months in length with an end of assignment bonus. There may be a potential for renewal at the end of each term. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Licensed by the Commonweath of Virginia CPHT.


• PTCB preferred.


• Good communication skills required.


• IV (intravenous) experience preferred

Clinical
