Bright Horizons is looking to hire an enthusiastic School Age Teacher in New Haven near the Yale Campus. This exciting opportunity is looking for an amazing teacher from January 27th-end of June. The working hours will be between 7:00am-6:00pm.

As aSchool AgeTeacheryou will:

  • Create supplemental activities (including STEM, art, and movement) to enhance children's learning

  • Communicate regularly with parents to support, guide, and share in their child's development

  • Document and share the special moments and important milestones ofthechildren in your care

Experience and educational requirements must meet state and company minimum requirements including:

  • At least six months of experience working with children in a professional setting

  • At least 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED

  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

  • Pass required state and company background checks
