Role Purpose
As a technical program manager, you will work with cross-functional teams (product management, Engineering, QA, Technical Writing, etc) to deliver projects that support the strategic outcome of the business. Using Agile methodologies, you will facilitate planning, establish milestones, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and help teams to execute. The technical program manager will possess excellent communications skills as they will provide priority guidance, partner with groups across the organization in preparing and launching services, and provide timely status updates.
