Job Description:

The individual responsible for the overall planning and execution oversight of campaigns within a variety of mediums. The candidate will be well versed in developing project plans, timelines, and manage delivery of material from inception through completion. While building relationships across the enterprise, this individual will serve as project manager, marketing consultant, creative service liaison, and production partner. In this role, they will know how to balance both the needs and requirements of the business, along with the needs and requirements of the internal teams to help ensure that the quality of the work is high, projects are run efficiently, communications are clear, and the process is optimal.  

Additionally, the Senior Integrated Producer will help to manage the Ad Operations team and align themselves with their business partners to identify and define project objectives, budgets, messaging, distribution methods, and other related information needed to successfully deliver and deploy.

Past experience in creative and/or technical management of interactive projects, and experience in developing interactive solutions is required.  Ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and writing skills, client service skills, team and production management skills, and a strong understanding of digital technologies.


  • Develop full knowledge of all factors (internal and external/market) affecting the business’s marketing goals and plans as well as full knowledge of the current marketing situation

  • Develop and articulate points-of-view relative to strategic, creative and media initiatives


  • Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team- handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively.


Qualifications

Program Management


  • Define project requirements, develop and manage project and production schedules and identify critical paths and dependencies

  • Work closely with all internal teams to facilitate communications, manage workflow and ensure successful and timely delivery

  • Forecast and manage resource needs/allocations and project budgets

  • Assess and mitigate risk

Interpersonal skills


  • 10+ years of experience with managing integrated accounts or multiple client portfolios

  • Work closely with all internal teams to facilitate communications, manage workflow and ensure successful and timely delivery

  • Conduct vendor assessments; review production contracts and manage vendor relationships

  • Reconcile financials

Technology


  • Bring technology innovation and a creative perspective to the production/execution of projects

  • Experience with banner production, social, native, application development, site builds, mobile

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML

  • Experience working with programmatic media through demand side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs) and 3rd party media partners for audience data

  • Strong knowledge of / familiarity with third-party tracking/reporting systems

  • Estimate level of effort for creative development as well as production

  • Deep experience working in B2B, B2C and DTC

  • Deep understanding of, and strong success in, a business focused on the implementation of consumer acquisition and/or retention marketing tactics and plans

  • Extensive familiarity with using customer segmentation and data, test, target and measure marketing campaigns and advanced, innovative digital strategies

  • Experience in workflow technology and using technology to optimize efficiencies in the workflow 

  • Experience managing Print Production workflow and vendor management, preferred

  • Interest in emerging digital technology and innovation (i.e. AR/VR, AI etc.)

  • Literate in technology including reasonable knowledge of CMS platforms, API-driven distributed architectures, and responsive design
