About the Opportunity
The Named Account Manager will manage a select group of Enterprise Accounts across several different verticals in the Midwest Region. The role requires maintaining as well as growing existing Fortune 1000 customers thru the sale of Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions.
Candidates in St Louis and Omaha will be considered as well.
Maintains full accountability for assigned accounts and serve as the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate.
Maximizes opportunities by driving the customer planning process, lead virtual account teams in building strategies that deliver balanced growth for our customers, leverage Avaya partners and strategize on account penetration, and develop forecasts based on short and long-term growth.
Serves as key client contact for all customers and introduces specialists and/or Partners based on strategic sales activities.
Solid experience in competing and winning business communications deals with business lead consultative selling.
Solid solution selling experience across the industry.
Strong knowledge of the Avaya portfolio of products and services, including Cloud and Subscription.
Self-starter with ability to manage resources and time to complete tasks to objectives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Travel is limited to this geography as well as opportunities to travel for training and conventions.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years selling in this market
