Overview:

Our Counselor is primarily responsible for addressing the emotional and mental health needs of Casa de Misericordia clients.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience:  Minimum one year of work experience in a center for victims of family violence


• 
  Required Education:  Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or Social Work with current licensure or currently pursuing license in the state of Texas


• 
  Other:  Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, knowledgeable about developmental issues and cultural sensitivities and possess basic computer skills.
