Summary
Work with an experienced team in a growing market. Position would be a mix of customer service and operations with a focus on domestic ops and client management. We’re looking for proactive, self-motivators who want to build a long term career with one of the few, truly unique logistics organizations in the world.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
High school education or equivalent and five years progressive work experience in transportation, or a four-year degree plus two years customer service or freight operations experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as tariffs, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Experience working with customers and vendors to come up with solutions that meet company expectations.
Excellent Microsoft Office and email management skills are a must.
Good organizations skills.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
The primary work duties will be office based but may need to work in and around warehouse depending on work load. Needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and more occasionally. Experience with a forklift in a warehouse environment a plus.
