As a hands-on IT leader, this individual will coordinate, develop and implement division technology solutions that align with both Division and Enterprise IT strategy. This individual will work closely with IT Manager, GM and division management team to develop leadership skills, build and execute an IT strategy that has significant, positive impact to the business.

* Manages business relationships with division leadership and across IT organization.
* Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions throughout the division.
* Oversee divisional adherence to IT standards.
* Coordinate I.T. Budget plan, forecast, and subsequent implementation.
* Implements and maintains policies and procedures that comply with audit and security requirements.
* Monitor and report overall performance of team and projects.
* Assist in developing division IT strategy to meet strategic objectives.
* Develop high performance team thru recruitment, mentoring, engagement and performance metrics.
* Provides training materials and education as required to divisional team members
* Assistance with key Corporate/Group IT initiatives
* Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services within the division
* Identifies organizational issues and recommends modifications/improvements.

Required Qualifications:
* University Degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science or related
* 8+ years relevant IT experience
* Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead complex projects
* Experience working with business partners to develop effective IT solutions to meet business needs
* Desire and ability to learn new technologies rapidly
* Agile methodology experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical staff.
* Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks

Desired Experiences:
* Experience in manufacturing environment
* Experience with ERP implementation and management
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365
* Experience with infrastructure support
