Chubb Associate Program

The Chubb Associate Program is a highly valued position in which you will have a unique opportunity to conduct on-site inspections of some of the most architecturally significant residential properties in the country. During these visits you will be expected to identify and assess policyholder vulnerability to a variety of property and liability risks and then develop a customized plan for reducing the potential for loss. Additionally, you’ll be evaluating all structures on the property (pool houses, guest houses, outdoor kitchens, sport courts, etc) and establishing a pre-loss estimate for replicating their features. It’s not uncommon for consultants to be entrusted with assessing replacement values in excess of $5 million.

Our two-year program is designed to include hands-on business assignments contributing to our Risk Consulting team, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments and direct interaction with other early career professionals as well as experienced professionals and engaged leaders.  Once the Chubb Associate Program is complete, you will move forward as a full time Risk Consultant and will be expected to conduct a specified number of inspections each month and to routinely contribute to the profitability of the business.  These are full-time positions and offer a compelling opportunity to join a global, growing, financially stable and successful company. Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considered; backgrounds in construction, architecture, fine art, or residential appraisal are encouraged.


• Strong GPA; 3.3 or higher preferred; flexible depending on concentration


• Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred


• Able to adapt to situations on your feet and communicate with a variety of personalities seamlessly


• Self-motivators with a strong grasp of time management


• Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately


• Willingness to assist with catastrophic loss response team


• Relocation/mobility may be required


• Technically adept/digitally savvy


• Aptitude for numbers and an interest in home construction and design
