In this role, you will both craft presentations and visual materials for sales senior and executive leadership and develop performance-centered sales and Medicare training for internal and external sales agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presentation Design -
Capture senior and executive leadership's thoughts and ideas and turn them into compelling presentations and visual materials for town halls, conferences, meetings etc.
Create stunning and effective PowerPoint designs while adhering to brand standards
Develop visually strong infographics that convey a clear message
Easily shape presentation and visual content from notes, scripts, remarks and other communications
Demonstrate design and layout aesthetics
Instructional Design -
Design and develop performance centered instructor-led sales training
Select appropriate and effective instructional strategies
Determine training solutions to address performance gaps or opportunities for improved business results
Develop goals and objectives and ensure content aligns with stated objectives
Create training documents (process diagrams, standards, videos, user manuals).
Create interactive media and activities to support learning across different channels
Use appropriate software and systems to create training solutions (e.g. PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline etc.)
Work with reviewers and SMEs to ensure that training content meets compliance standards and business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
4 or more years' instructional and presentation design experience
Otherworldly graphics design skills
Solid understanding of Instructional Design theories and principles
Ability to work across different company functions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Keen understanding of learning and design technologies
Expert PowerPoint skills
Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc. etc.
Proficient Articulate Storyline and Storyline 360
Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project
Experience working in a sales environment
Experience working as an Instructional Designer in a healthcare setting is an advantage

A design portfolio will be required with an application submission.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
