The Clarivate Sales Support Center delivers support & insights to focus sales on the highest value activities. This team is a one-stop contact for the sales organization for anything related to sales processes, system and support to enable our sales organization to close sales opportunities and customer renewals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Understand the company's sales processes and develop training materials regarding the management of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Campaigns, Activities and other custom objects such as Renewals

  • Support the sales order process, billing systems, incentives, contract management, business policies and assist in problem solving all issues that are related to the fore-mentioned processes.

  • Develop effective working relationships with sales reps and managers and collaborate with partner groups in providing service to the business

  • Interpret requests, analyze results and provide support that adheres to customer contracts and Clarivate norms

  • Use internal tools to understand requests and make key changes that will meet the needs of all the customers and colleagues.

  • Liaise with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that the Quote details are accurate and consistent, and the Quote is of the highest accuracy and detail.

  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team for various matters including renewal processing, change requests and responding to end-user inquiries.

  • Partner with CRM Operations and MIS teams to develop and implement improvements in sales process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support and lead training for Sales reps including new hire training, Salesforce update and other initiatives in partnership with Sales Training & Development

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in a related field

  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting the Sales Cycle business processes

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM (strongly prefer Salesforce) and specialist-training expertise with CRM systems

  • Solid understanding of sales and related business transactions including the end-to-end sales processes (lead-opportunity-quote-contract-order)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues

  • Strong excel skills with the ability to work with and understand numbers and sales/financial data

  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) for day to day interaction with sales reps, customers, and internal management

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision

  • Willing to work in rotational shift pattern supporting AMERICAS and EMEA regions when needed
