i360 is seeking a Senior Oracle R12 Order to Fulfill (O2F) SME with experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design and implementation to provide expertise for an Oracle Federal Financials R12.2 implementation. The successful candidate must have (7) seven years of experience of Oracle Federal Financials – O2F (AR Accounts Receivables /CM Cash Management/OM Order Management/WMS Warehouse Management) in a federal environment. This role is remote until the federal mandate for telework/remote working order is lifted due to the Covid Pandemic – the worksite will be in Gaithersburg MD post pandemic. Locals are preferred and expected to be onsite Mon-Fri. This project will begin on-boarding in February 2021.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing custom applications, interfaces, and existing Oracle applications for configurations, data collection, data movement, access, reporting and visibility of information
Analyze existing business processes related to the O2F main process
Identify issues and bottlenecks in day to day processing
Make recommendations on a path forward to improve system performance, data collections, systems and business processing
Provide analysis and problem resolution to recommend improvements
Provide leadership and expertise to review and recommend improvements based upon “best practices” and R12 functionality for the following Order to Fulfill (O2F) business process flow areas and tasks:
Manage Customers
Process Customer Orders
Manage Receivables
Manage Collections
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years’ functional experience in implementing Oracle R12 O2F applications with emphasis on analysis, implementation and problem resolution
Minimum of 7 years’ experience with O2F business processes
Prior experience assessing existing applications and business processes and making recommendations for improvements
Minimum of 7 years’ experience planning and scheduling tasks to provide an organized approach to implementing system and process improvements
Prior experience understanding legacy and custom applications
Prior experience with data conversion requirements and mapping
Prior experience developing functional designs including interface and extension designs
Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle EBS Order to Fulfill functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of:
Advanced Pricing
Accounts Receivables
Cash Management
Order Management
Revenue Recognition
Billing
Customer Management
Warehouse Management
Hands on experience implementing and configuring Oracle R12 modules including:
Advanced Pricing
Receivables
MFAR
Must have prior experience preparing functional designs
Must have prior experience developing interface functional designs
Must have prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing
