As a Team Member, You Will:
Leverage business acumen to advise and guide clients through their transformation journey including Business Process Design, Future State Roadmapping, Data strategy, System Selection, Program & Change Management
Work with leading technologies to improve the effectiveness of the CFO suite
Focus on a "business process first, technology second" mentality, ensuring business process consulting is woven into the fabric of these projects
Lead new ERP deployments and remediate existing ERP environments for mid-market and enterprise clients
Manage a team in defining business flow and work with the solution delivery team to implement best of breed cloud technologies in the finance & accounting process of: financial close, consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting
Serve mid-market companies with poor data tracking, reporting and analysis. Establish technology foundation and business process around financial & operational data including data visualization, data movement & integration, data aggregation & consolidation
Evaluate quality & scalability of IT systems
Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members
Train end-users on specific processes and application
Provide mentorship and development opportunities to staff
Contribute to practice development initiatives
Collaborate within a dynamic team environment
Participate in impactful internal initiatives
Your Experience Includes:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field. (Masters is a plus).
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
Process improvement experience within accounting and finance or procure to pay, record to report, or order to cash
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
You Have Experience in One Or More of These/Comparable Technologies:
Data Visualization & Analysis: Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx
