VHB's growing Watertown, MA, office is seeking a junior Site/Civil Engineer to join our team to support our land development projects.

About the Position

Site/Civil Engineer | Watertown, MA

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of professionals in developing site civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of land development projects


• Civil engineering for residential and commercial site design including grading and drainage design, utility design site and roadway layout


• Preparing plans and reports

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills


• Self-motivated


• Attention to detail


• Ability to think critically

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field


• 1+ years of professional site/civil engineering experience


• EIT/PE preferred


• AutoCAD, HydroCAD and StormCAD experience


• Experience with GIS Systems
