Targeted pay range from $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual annual sales goal component, in conjunction with the annual office sales goals through lead generation and relationship development


• Must execute a strong consultative approach with clients to provide FW products and services that are best-fits


• Work with internal business partners to create and analyze financial assessments, and advise clients on prudent wealth planning strategies.


• Maintains an active and visible place within the community, utilizing a strong network of centers of influence


• Maintain expert product knowledge and current knowledge of tax laws and financial strategies.


• Strategically identify potential opportunities in existing clients as well as an active high net-worth network


• Participate in local estate planning councils, community groups and boards, and build a strong COI


• Leverage and cross-sell First Western's products and services


• Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field; graduate degree or JD preferred


• 5+ years of experience in business development


• CFP or CA designation


• Deep understanding of multiple lines of business including financial planning, investments, lending and deposits. 


• Strong analytical, presentation, written and verbal communications


• CRM experience preferred
