• Leads in the design and support of technology asset lifecycle management processes and enterprise system software matched to business needs.

• Responsibilities include creation of business requirements, testing and life cycle management of existing systems/technology assets and processes.


• Manages cross-functional teams and projects providing innovative technical expertise, customer support, technology innovations, modeling and reporting.


• Manages projects of major corporate impact. Interacts with senior leadership on a regular basis.


• Mentors and leads less senior staff by providing leadership and guidance.

• Application Architecture/Platform Development


• Enterprise data warehouse and subject-oriented data marts, data lakes, etc., with full understanding of the fact/dimension design models


• Database administration both Physical and Logical / Data Architecture


• IT Operational support and Crisis Management


• Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS packages and ability to write SQL queries against database


• Cloud Platforms


• Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, O365 tools


• BI reporting tools including Tableau and Power BI

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent, in computer science, information systems, business, supply chain or a related discipline.


• Seven (7) years' experience in programming, systems consulting/analysis, or computer modeling which includes significant experience in the development of computer systems on either PC based or mainframe systems and asset lifecycle management processes. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.


• Expertise with multidimensional databases and web-based applications.


• Proven experience in process and/or project management.


• Exceptional ability to analyze business operations and provide solutions.


• Exceptional human relations, interpersonal, communications, project management, analytical and organizational skills.


• Excellent presentation skills.

• This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs. Ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.
