NextGear Capital is looking for a Title & Record Specialist I. 

The schedule for this position is 9:00AM-6:00PM. 

Your role: 

The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, accurately reassigning and releasing titles to clients, and interacting with clients to resolve title issues.

• Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers.


• Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed.


• Complete repossession affidavits as needed.


• Complete affidavit of corrections as needed.


• Answer communications from clients on title questions


• Sitting and standing for extended periods of time


• Bending and light lifting 10 lbs or less required


• Extensive detail handwritten and computer work

Qualifications:

What we look for: 

• 2 or more years of related experience preferred in the auction/automobile industry or at the Department of Motor Vehicles


• Previous vehicle title experience is not required.


• HS Diploma or GED required


• Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.


• Ability to type and use 10-key preferred.


• Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required


• Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.


• Basic computer software skills require


• Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
