Summary of Job Duties:

The Front Desk Assistant will provide excellent customer service support through telephone and in-person interactions with students, staff, and the campus community. This position is also responsible for office support tasks including data entry, shredding, scanning and verifying forms as well as miscellaneous tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment including answering the telephone and interacting with the public while accomplishing support tasks.

Office hours would be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of 3 hours per shift.
