Machine Operator II - ReadyCare at Medline Industries, Inc. in Hartland, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Medline is maintaining essential operations in Wisconsin during the COVID-19 health crisis to ensure the nation's healthcare providers can continue to work. We are currently hiring and if selected for an open position, you will begin working immediately upon completion of our pre-employment process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate machines in the fill line operations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize productivity, achieving key performance indicators in a safe, "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP) environment.
• Equipment set up and troubleshooting.
• Assist in room set up and material handling duties.
• Assist in other areas as assigned.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience recognizing quality variations.
• Ability and experience accomplishing goals with minimal supervision; self-driven.
• Fluently speak, read and write English.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
