Job Description:

The Pharmacy Communication Strategy Senior Advisor is responsible for developing a strategic communication plan to generate results for the pharmacy marketing and communications space.  This role will also oversee the website redesign, and ensure all changes needed to support future marketing campaigns are being considered when changes to the website are made. They will work closely with the website team to request any additional changes to help marketing campaigns and communications succeed. This role will implement best practice knowledge to support the development of SEO and marketing campaign strategies.     

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive implementation plans for SEO and marketing campaign strategies.   Recommend appropriate tactics to align with B2C business objectives. 

  • Establish KPIs and related reporting, perform routine campaign audits and analysis, identify corrective actions and moves to optimize performance.

  • Function as the team's subject matter expert and remain up to date on industry trends on web performance, features, functionality and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Create and manage timelines, perform technical website audits, review on page visits and site architecture review to ensure peak performance and speed optimization.

  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

  • Act as the primary representative and subject matter expert for Google Analytics.

  • Explore new ways to engage and identify appropriate methods to reach our target audience.

Experience & Qualifications: 


  • 6+ years experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and communications, or relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of website redesign and digital marketing KPIs to ensure site is developed to help campaign success.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced – ever changing environment.

  • Excellent relationship building and cross functional skills.


  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.

  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver; seeks perspective from others to inform a unique perspective and able to influence/gain buy-in.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
