Responsibilities and Duties
Successfully meet established division sales and profitability goals
Establish partnerships with General Contractors, Architects and relationships with the end-users (K-12, Universities, Commercial clients)
Establish and manage subcontractor relationships
Meet established sales metric goals for face time, proposals, close rate
Consistently exceed customer expectations as evidenced by customer surveys and withininternal and external customer expectations for quality and service
Establish a work behavior on how to provide a timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible (within 24 hours)
Perform all work in a “Can Do” customer friendly manner while having an eagerness to continuously learn and develop

Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Marketing or relevant area of study is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of customer service and basic business principles
Knowledge of up-to-date selling techniques and creative ways to generate new business
Proven ability to meet and/or exceed projected sales goals in prior roles
Passion for sales with a strong drive to succeed
Possess good problem solving and judgement skills
Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt and think creatively to realize potential for business opportunities in all facets of life
Burning desire to learn and grow personally and professionally
Ability to work independently while still being a team player who fosters positive teamwork relationships with suppliers and fellow employees
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software quickly
Must be willing and able to travel within local community
