What You’ll Do

Equifax is seeking a business analyst for the data transfer client onboarding team.

• This position involves working directly with customers to gather requirements and successfully onboard new data transmissions into the Equifax environment.


• You will be responsible for communicating standards, collecting requirements, and working with technical resources to complete new data transfers.


• Responsible for executing projects for the onboarding or migration of data transfer connections for both Equifax clients as well as internal partners.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in a Business Analyst capacity.


• 1 year experience working with file transfer platforms and technologies


• An understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect Direct.


• Familiarity with data security concepts such as PGP encryption, key certification, and SSH authentication.


• Proven track record of coordinating onboarding and migration activities with customers and technical resources.


• Assists in client education and troubleshooting activities.


• Creates process documentation and training materials as required.

Extra Points for any of the Following

• Experience with Sterling File Gateway or a similar product.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
