Job Summary

 

Working with the Cement America’s Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for Financial and Management Reporting across the Cement America’s Platform.  Accountable to provide timely and reliable reporting and quality data for strategic management and decision-making purposes.

 

Essential Functions

 

• Monthly Management Reporting


• Interim & Annual IFRS Reporting


• External and Internal Financial Stakeholder Relations


• Support to the Senior Leadership Team through provision of quality information for decision making


• Provide support & guidance to the Annual Strategic Planning process and ongoing value creation


• Support Monthly, Annual & Interim Sox compliance


• Manage and support ad hoc financial related projects

 

Other Requirements

 

• Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills


• Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills


• Excellent organizational skills


• Extensive knowledge of plant office responsibilities including payroll processing and accounting procedures.


• Proficient in Excel and Word. Ability to utilize various software programs to maintain accurate records and generate reports.

 

Experience

 

• 3 or more years of experience in similar position.

 

Licenses and Certifications

 

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)

 

Education

 

• Bachelor's Degree Required
