FCCI Risk Control Consultants are valued partners who collaborate with our Regional teams to provide exceptional service and expertise.  We are seeking an Agribusiness Risk Control Consultant who is an energetic professional driven to succeed and provide meaningful solutions. The selected candidate will engage with policyholders and agent partners, conduct workplace risk assessments, and assist customers in establishing and maintaining effective safety and risk control programs.  This position will provide service to customers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic territory including the states of GA, NC, SC, Maryland and Virginia.  As such, the ideal candidate will reside in North Carolina or South Carolina.  Regular travel will be required.

Experience

• * Bachelors degree in Safety or Risk Management; NOTE: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education


• * Three years of multi-line, hands-on loss control experience with a minimum of three that is directly related to the evaluation of farm owners or commercial Agribusiness exposures. Job title and salary commensurate with experience.


• * Ability to provide effective training to policyholders as well as other Risk Control consultants


• * Valid driver's license and safe driving record required


• * Regular travel required to service the business needs


• * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• * Industry designations such as ARM, ALCM, AFIS, or CSP are desired
