Job Description:

Editor Agent – Japanese/Chinese

Transit Operations entails researching, editing and validating data pertaining to transit entities and schedules. Ensure all Real-time Incidents Team’s documentation is up-to-date. Design and implement new documentation content.

Requirement: Minimum High School Diploma

Required:

• Excellent business communication skills (both written & oral)


• English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English


• Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.


• Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport


• Keen attention to detail


• Self-motivated


• Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.


• Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes


• Second language (As required).

Preferred Skillsets:

• Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.


• QGIS (Quantum GIS- Geo Information Systems) map skills preferable


• 1-year technical support or other problem solving experience preferred, not necessary


• MAC OS X experience preferred

Work Hours:

• Flexible to work one 8 hour shift (excluding lunch): Monday – Friday 7am to 7pm CST. Exact shift slot will be communicated on business requirement
