The role:

The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion is a high-impact and highly visible role within the organization. Your expertise in building TA infrastructure, coaching/leading dynamic teams, implementing D&I initiatives and executing on TA strategies will be essential to our transformation. Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a seasoned team of recruiters and coordinators, implementing TA strategy and achieving goals, all while making an impact and having a great time!

How you would contribute:

We’re looking for a leader to execute on the following:


  • Implementing a talent acquisition strategy that will be the charter for addressing the current and future talent needs across our business with a focus on:


  • Setting goals, developing metrics and measuring the success of a TA strategy


  • Collaborating with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the workforce demands and design recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the business


  • Providing continuous improvement by researching and implementing standard methodologies and procedures to ensure efficient sourcing and recruiting processes while attracting quality candidates


  • Leading, coaching and developing an outstanding team while aiming for continuous improvement across all aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle (I.e. employment branding, candidate selection, Onboarding etc.). This will be accomplished through:


  • Leading the team by setting expectations, coaching and assessing performance


  • Providing day-to-day support and direction on candidate assessment, selection, offer and the Onboarding process


  • Crafting innovative ways to attract talent and branding the organization as an employer of choice


  • Developing educational curriculum to support building the Global Talent Acquisition Team’s and hiring managers' capabilities


  • Playing a key role on various talent acquisition projects (i.e. Workforce Planning, Candidate Experience, Social Media strategy, Employment Branding, etc.)


  • Providing support and guidance on a D&I strategy, as it relates to:


    • Aligning TA goals with broader D&I strategy


    • Leading and supporting our contingent workforce MSP program



  • Other talent acquisition duties as assigned

What’s special about the team:


  • Our Talent Acquisition Team includes experienced and tenured recruiters and coordinators whose subject matter expertise crosses many verticals


  • We touch many areas of the hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, new hire orientation/paperwork and network receptions. Our team also does outreach to our community and local/national universities for our intern program

Supervisory responsibilities:


  • The Sr. Manager is responsible for managing, coaching and training a seasoned talent acquisition team. You will implement and manage monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics, annual performance reviews, communicate recruitment processes to other locations, provide insights and direction to other recruitment locations and maintain external partnerships

Skills and background required to be successful:


  • 8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience


  • 1-2 years of key involvement in diversity and inclusion efforts


  • Corporate and staffing agency experience


  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders


  • Solid understanding of diversity & inclusion principles and practices


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


  • Solid experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media outlets


  • 3+ years of supervisory experience


  • Solid understanding of various ATS and reporting capabilities

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree
