Job Description:

• Oversees standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles


• Coordinates the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly


• Meets monthly with the dealership’s general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department


• Works directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans


• Attends to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained


• Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles


• Issues all demonstration vehicles and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Vast experience in Sales required (2 years)


• Strong negotiation skills


• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests


• Establish and maintain relationships with customers


• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results


• Recover quickly from setbacks


• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work related activities


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
