Job Description:
Oversees standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles
Coordinates the appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly
Meets monthly with the dealership’s general manager to review forecasts and profits for each department
Works directly with the general manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans
Attends to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
Issues all demonstration vehicles and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained
Job Requirements:
Vast experience in Sales required (2 years)
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
Recover quickly from setbacks
Experience in managing and organizing work time and work related activities
Excellent interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
