We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator for our manufacturing facility to support the Leadership Team.


 

The Office Coordinator I supports the Plant Manager and Department Managers by performing a variety of administrative duties such as processing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing subcontractors and customers, and assisting in inventory counts.  This position is also responsible for compiling and distributing monthly reports.


Job Duties:
 

  • Process accounts payable invoices; prepare invoices for subcontractor payments and maintaining records; generate and enter sales orders into ERP system.

  • Enter and receive all purchase orders; ensure proper level of supplies are kept on hand at plant; process accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials; count and monitor all non-inventoried items and place purchase orders.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports; complete administrative environmental, Safety, and Quality Data documents.

  • Entering and updating shipping information; closing out shipment; scan pallets for shipments (Oracle, TRAX, WMS).

  • Participate in cycle counts to ensure proper controls are in place.

 

Qualifications


 



  • High school diploma or GED certificate

  • Requires zero (0) – two (2) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.

  • Requires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment.

  • Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data.

  • Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail.
