How you’ll make your mark:

  • You will provide direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing and developing new products, enhancements and updates and coordinating projects for end-user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet-based platforms.
  • You will manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
  • You will communicate project status and escalates issues to direct managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners.
  • You will manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.
  • You will proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.
  • You will provide people-care management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process development.

About you:


  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical degree.

  • You typically have 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0 -2 years of people management experience.

  • You have strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.

  • You have advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.

  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skill.

  • Understand the DevOps and SRE model and structure

  • Experience working in managing Project with strong understanding of tools and automation frameworks within an Agile environment;

  • Experience in systems automation, virtualization, orchestration, continuous integration, deployment, and implementation;

  • Experience installing and configuring on infrastructure, scripting for process automation, setting up and managing cloud and container orchestration and experience managing support systems;

  • You have strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution;

  • You have advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring;

  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;

  • You typically have 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0 -2 years of people management experience;

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical degree;
