Team Overview:

• The Digital Customer Experience team is tasked with developing an enterprise-wide strategy and framework to consolidate incongruent corporate sites and form the blueprint for consistent customer experience and customer engagement with our consumer facing properties across the globe.


• Additionally the team is tasked with developing a digital platform to improve the customer’s digital experience from end-to-end, including: Simplicity of use, Purchase and service convenience, Personalization, Consolidation of Authority, Channel flexibility, Ease of submitting data to D&B , Ease of integrating D&B data and analytics into a customer’s workflow

The Role:

• This UX Designer role will be to create beautiful and simple experiences that improve the usability and accessibility of our digital footprint.


• The UX Designer is required to have functional understanding of UX best practices and an eagerness to continue to learn from our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis


• Interpret data and qualitative feedback


• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards


• Create prototypes and wireframes


• Conduct usability testing

Essential Key Responsibilities

• Design and create prototypes and wireframes for use by stakeholders and developers


• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis including usability studies


• Interpret data and qualitative feedback from stakeholders and user research

Education/Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design or similar field


• Skilled in User Experience with a portfolio to demonstrate the capabilities
