Job Description:

Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Global Resource Centers for Global Business Transformation Solutions. The position reports to the Director.

Detailed Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and participate in monthly meeting with team leads to discuss operational issues or concerns

  • Ensure completion of Semi-Annual Client surveys and Annual End-User surveys

  • Assist with preparation of client quarterly business reports and annual reviews

  • Work closely with team leaders to identify employee growth and development

  • Liaise with the training team on issues and concerns raised by the team leaders

  • Coordinate the evaluations of team personnel with team leaders

  • Responsible for facility requirements; team designated space or open shared space; including supplies and equipment

  • Responsible for weekly overtime reports, billable versus non-billable

  • Responsible for coordinating weekly overtime availability; work closely with the team leaders to identify availability and ensure contact information is accurate

  • Responsible for working closely with recruiting on posting open positions; reviewing resumes and updating the team leaders and other management including the training team

  • Work closely with team leadership to manage day to day scheduling and so all sites are fully staffed

  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, as identified

  • Prepare and submit weekly site payroll adjustments

  • Responsible for creating monthly billing in conjunction with client team leads to ensure accuracy

  • Assist the Director with implementing new accounts, as assigned

  • Responsible for account adjustments in Workday. Ensure that provided technology such as Workday, is being utilized and all GRSS employees know how to use it; especially navigating reporting

  • Additional projects, as required

Requirements


  • Ability to travel if needed

  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate operational needs

  • Ability to learn skills quickly

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Attention to detail


  • Ability to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy in handling any “complaint” situations

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience managing multi-location operation

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in client managed services or administrative support field

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ professional level work experience in a legal environment and/or a client-service oriented field preferred

  • Working knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint #LI-KP1
