The Sales Strategy Management Lead will work closely with the Director of Sales driving adoption and sales of dental and vision products in the Individual Benefits space. As a subject matter expert, will provide consultative services to sales leaders and sales force on the dental and vision sales strategy and best practices; will be highly influential in the continued development of Aflacs dental and vision business with responsibility for train the trainer seminars and other effective training strategies.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Responsibilities)
Conducts educational, strategy development and execution sessions with multiple levels in the sales force; develops innovative strategies to bolster capabilities and dental/vision sales enablement activities and solutions.
Analyzes business practices and sales goals, and makes suggestions for improvement; assist with devising strategies to support key decisions of dental and vision business.
Serves as point-of-contact for sales leadership, and liaison to sales force regarding dental/vision products and activities.
Collaborate with Growth Solutions teams to assist with growing dental and vision sales, supporting training and development of the sales teams to effectively position dental and vision products in the market.
Provide objective advice and expertise to help the organization develop any specialty skills needed to drive sales, solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve performance.
Stays abreast and identifies trends within the dental and vision market, informing leadership of changes in the market landscape, emerging technologies etc., and provides expertise to prepare the organization through proposed changes.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, business or related field, eight to ten years professional job-specific work experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, or business development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge and experience with the dental and vision sales
Job Knowledge & Skills
Extensive knowledge of effective training delivery concepts, principles, and methods for supplemental benefits and specifically dental and vision products.
Demonstrates ability to apply operations management and business process re-engineering tools and techniques to a wide variety of business techniques
Strong project management, leadership, and practice development skills
