Job Description:


Vector Security Networks is hiring a Specialized Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for being the direct point of contact for a customer, working with other internal departments to resolve customer issues and may be assigned to special projects. This position is also responsible for assisting with training new customer service reps as well as day to day tasks that include but not limited to; reporting, updating of 3rd party software, supporting basic operational tasks such as creating estimates and proposals for customer approval, providing secondary accounting assistance with jobs. Provide backup point of escalation for other service account coordinators and team leads. Providing in depth detail and reports for internal and external customers upon request.


Major Responsibilities:



  • Customer point of contact

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, answering questions regarding service

  • Working with other internal departments to resolve customer issues

  • Create estimates and proposals for customer approval of service work

  • Provide secondary accounting assistance with jobs to ensure proper billing

  • Provide backup point for escalation for customers and service coordinators

  • Provide in-depth detail and reports for internal and external customers upon requests.

  • Assist with training of new customer support reps.
