Red Fuse Kansas City is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our integrated agency. You will be supporting high volume email marketing campaigns for our global pet nutrition client, covering the North America region while coordinating with team members around the globe. Your focus will be on complete cross-channel data-driven marketing lifecycle support.
You will work closely with the broader CRM/email marketing team within WPP and Red Fuse, digital strategy, analytics, technology, and client teams to deliver highly targeted and effective multi-channel campaigns
A successful candidate will:
Provide cross-channel marketing campaign execution support including email, landing pages, content, sms, paid media and social media
Support the end-to-end implementation and sending of email and digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, content calendar, segmentation, execution, testing, deployment, analysis and optimization
Work with stakeholders across the agency to ensure that email and digital marketing is executed in support of brand strategy and in accordance with best practices.
Manage operational calendar for campaigns and advise on best practices for deliverability, engagement and analytics
Project manage creation of tickets, emails, campaign landing pages, social media ads and other digital marketing assets as needed
Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams to drive collaboration on marketing campaigns
Assist with email and sms acquisition plans including loyalty programs, sweepstakes and lead gen ads
Create data segmentation filters for use in paid advertising campaigns
Assist with database maintenance programs
Manage ongoing testing plans to further optimize creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3-5+ years in data-driven, email/cross-channel communications role
2+ years of direct experience in Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) and SFMC preferred
Expert understanding of digital marketing, concepts and strategies
Understanding of ecommerce and its role within cross-channel marketing campaigns
Understanding of direct to consumer marketing
Understanding of email marketing strategies and experience with campaign execution, including brand/product awareness, lead generation, and always on campaigns
Proficiency in Excel and reporting analysis required
Proficiency with Google Suite
Working knowledge of HTML Email development practices
Experience working with pet, CPG or global brands a plus
Experience working in an ad agency or consultancy a plus
