Employee Engagement Specialist

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Together with health campus leadership, the Employee Engagement Specialist will ensure employee satisfaction and retention by achieving excellence in the execution of the people processes at the campus level.  

What you’ll be doing:

Work with Scheduling Support Team and clinical leadership to create and post clinical schedules, ensuring that schedules are fair and have the adequate levels of staffing
• Monitors overtime and works with department leaders to decrease/eliminate overtime


• Assists department leaders to determine staffing needs


• Manages the candidate experience throughout the selection process and post-offer process


• Plan and leads all on-boarding of all campus employees to optimize new hire experience


• Guide new hires and tenured employees through the completion of mandatory training


• Assist campus leadership with employee engagement and recognition programs


• Provides informational sessions on Trilogy benefits to new hires and tenured employees

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.  Some college preferred


• Must be knowledgeable of scheduling/staffing practices and procedures and systems. A minimum of one years’ experience strongly preferred.


• Prior experience with facilitation of applicant screening, interviews, pre-boarding and on-boarding tasks required.


• Three (3) + years of healthcare experience


• Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
