The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). PWM

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond

 

In Private Wealth Management (PWM), we help our clients pursue their wealth management goals through careful advice, astute investment management and access to the capabilities and network of Goldman Sachs. We work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families and select foundations and endowments to develop wealth and investment management strategies. We then identify investment opportunities to help them reach their objectives. We complement these services with robust execution capabilities and attentive client service. Where appropriate, we introduce our clients to the broader network and resources of Goldman Sachs. 

 

The PWM Marketing Team develops and implements a comprehensive marketing strategy that delivers the full value of the GS network and expertise to clients, generates new business by expanding our reach and frequency of interactions with clients and prospective clients, and builds brand equity by raising the visibility of PWM and amplifying engagement efforts, both locally and globally. 

 

We design and build tools that are transforming the client experience and extending our services to new client segments. We are seeking a VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy who can develop and implement the infrastructure required for PWM marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

 Job Summary & Responsibilities  

    Develop infrastructure and implementation strategy for all PWM digital marketing initiatives
  • Oversee strategy, execution and ongoing maintenance for digital platforms including internal systems, email distribution ecosystem, and other digital communication and distribution channels

  • Own and enhance the prospect experience by managing the public digital platform (GS.com) front-to-back in support of the broader digital strategy laid out by the Global Head of Client Engagement Team

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including designers and engineers, within an agile working environment to develop strategy, syndicate and implement

  • Represent the needs of the end user within the stakeholder community—always anchoring features and functionalities to the client/advisor perspective and experience

  • Connect and develop a holistic digital analytic system to inform marketing and team strategy

  • Present roadmap and deliverables to key stakeholders and leadership, including milestone review and managing required sign-offs or budget requirements

  • Announce releases, demo the solution to key stakeholders and facilitate launch with applicable training where required

  • Understand, document, and improve existing processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments

 Required qualifications:


  • Experience building and implementing infrastructure requirements for marketing initiatives with minimal supervision

  • Ability to break down concepts and communicate a strategic vision effectively to key stakeholders across the business

  • Passionate about intuitive and user centric designed product experiences, across both web and mobile platforms

  • Product management, financial service operations or digital design experience in consumer technology with proven skill in building highly engaging products and experiences

  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and nimble – open to learning from diverse perspectives to drive projects forward and meet multi-project deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceptional judgment, integrity, attention to detail and follow through
