Meeting your future team:


The Digital Team at Collibra is a newly created function within the marketing organization. Its mission is to create a best-in-class digital experience on Collibra.com  while also partnering with other teams within Collibra to take a UX centric and coordinated approach towards digital.


To fulfill our mission, we are forming an in-house SCRUM product team who will be empowered and accountable for all the activities on Collibra.com. The team will have end to end responsibilities for the site, including the platform, engineering, user experience, optimization and the editorial tone of voice. In our setup, the Product Manager and Scrum Master make a powerful duo running the product team.


As our Scrum Master, you are passionate about helping to unlock the potential of individuals and teams. You have a proven track record of success in agile digital product delivery, knowledge of best practices and the ability to provide leadership oversight and planning of development activities.


SCRUM Masters at Collibra are responsible for:



  • You will coach and facilitate the digital product team through all aspects of the agile process including release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, product demos, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. 

  • You will draw on your expertise to provide feedback, course correction, mentoring, teaching and facilitating to develop a highly effective team.

  • You take responsibility for successful product delivery


You Have:



  • Four or more years of experience managing web projects (e.g. AEM) in an Agile framework

  • Scrum Master Certification CSM, PMP-ACP or CSP.

  • Experience in diligently applying Agile principles, practices and theory (User stories, Story Pointing, Velocity, Burndown Metrics, Agile Games, Tasking, Retrospectives, Product Demos).

  • Experience with Agile tools, especially JIra and Asana.


Measuring Success:



  • Within your first month you will join the the team, introduce yourself to our stakeholders and learn about our offering and go to market strategy

  • Within your third month, you will operate as a SCRUM Master and create a short to mid term roadmap for improving the processes and increasing the team's velocity

  • Within your sixth month, you will project manage the product team and all the elements of agile project management will be in place (stories, points, burndown...)
