We are currently looking for a Child Care Teacher for our program, Sarah's House. The Child Care Teacher would be responsible for providing nurturing/developmentally appropriate learning lessons and environment for all children at Sarah’s House Child Care Center. Monitors all children to ensure they are safe and properly cared for according the the MSDE Licensing Regulations. Establishing positive and productive relationships with families, volunteers & community while engaging them in the children’s learning.
SCHEDULE:
**The hours for this position can vary depending on the day and coverage needs. Applicant must be able to work as early as 7am and as late as 6pm. This is a 40 hr per week position.**
Child Care Teacher Responsibilities:
Must be capable of moving between buildings, going up and down stairs and getting on the floor with children. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Should have experience working with low income and/or homeless population.
