YOUR ROLE
Implement and Administer a governance model on ToS program elements consistent with providing timely & relevant feedback to cross functional partners as well as transparent results to the broader organizational audience in Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Operations.
Ensure proper documentation, including approvals of all exception requests across BUs is captured and archived to the agreed governance model.
Manage communication and execution of new and changing ToS policies ensuring distribution to all relevant customers and internal/external stakeholders and that Henkel receives formal acceptance and/or vendor agreements in compliance with aligned governance model.
Maintenance and enhancement for all related reporting across all BU’s
Power BI Dashboard, Reports/Scorecards
Act as SME related to all current Henkel Terms of Sale Program elements by understanding their connection to existing business process and participating in business process change decisions that affect desired program results.
Lead the evolution of ToS for new elements or situations that arise and have responsibility for all CSDA audit related inquiries and documentation
Ensure and track annual review of all elements of ToS to re-assess:
Warehouse efficiency metrics used for bracket pricing (led by Logistics)
Bracket pricing updates (led by Logistics and Sales)
Payment terms (led by Finance)
ARP rates (led by Sales w/3rd party consultant)
Returns policy (led by Customer Operations)
Markdowns (led by Sales)
CPU rates (led by Transportation)
Lead on-going, mandatory training of new employees across functions including broker partners and ensuring all necessary process documentation / training materials are kept relevant
Natural drive to build, evaluate and iterate on processes to continuously improve while valuing documentation as a key to success
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience in an analytical or programming role preferred
Candidate must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate must demonstrate a working knowledge of Power BI and SAP
