The Office of the Ohio Attorney General is currently looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, and enthusiastic individual for a part-time/intermittent General Services Fleet Coordinator position. This person will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining fleet vehicles throughout the Agency. The duties include but are not limited to:
-Schedules and assigns vehicles to employees, arranges for and coordinates repair and maintenance of vehicles, inspects vehicles for damage, performs road tests to ensure safety and checks driver's licenses and/or authorizations of drivers.
-Prepares and maintains inventory, maintenance, revenue and/or use records; answers telephone and/or reserves vehicles; calculates mileage and/or daily charges for billing purposes; maintains master list of all vehicle data; completes salvage or other forms; washes, cleans, refuels and transports vehicles; obtains titles and registration of vehicles; performs minor vehicle maintenance or repairs; monitors parking lot areas; assists in sale/auction of vehicles/equipment; reviews accident reports.
-Coordinates repair and maintenance of vehicles and service appointments; inspects vehicles for damage, performs road tests to ensure safety and checks driver’s licenses and/or authorization of drivers.
-Answers questions relative to use of forms and police accident reports involving agency
employees; identifies vehicles with recalls and notifies divisions of which vehicles are involved; washes, cleans and transports vehicles, inquiries and/or correspondence from public and/or governmental offices.

Formal education to include high school diploma or equivalent and 9 months training or experience in record keeping/inventory control; valid driver’s license.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
