Position Summary

Individuals are responsible to assemble and weld parts and to fabricate product using a welding table. Individuals operate a wire feed welder, a grinder and various other tools. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn for these positions including a weld hood when welding. Essential functions of these jobs may include frequent standing, walking, lifting and handling product/material, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion.

Required Skills:


  • Proficient in both gas and arc welding.

  • Perform set-up and all position welding on a diversified line of welds made in accordance with correct specifications.

  • Weld all necessary gauges and metals.

  • Fit and position product using welding jigs or fixtures.

  • Work from drawings using necessary measuring instruments.

  • Requires knowledge of welding techniques and principles.

  • Responsible for quality and dimensional accuracy.

Job Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Welding certifications or equivalent experience required;

Experience: Prior Welding experience is preferred

This position requires reasonable and reliable attendance; good communication skills, and the ability to work well independently, as well as with a team.
