The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• To achieve logistics operations objectives impacting product availability based on the organization's product mix and customer requirements


• To assist in the development of objectives


• To interface with essential resources with emphasis on problem solving, error prevention and improvement of operating systems and procedures. Or, develops production plans, performs risk assessments and/or warehouse audits


• Leads projects as well as initiatives to ensure a just-in-time material flow from purchase to finished products

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution


• Three (3) years supply chain, planning, or logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, production operations, materials, or business management or engineering


• Experience with SAP


• Advanced data analysis & Microsoft Excel skills


• APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue


• Six Sigma Green Belt experience or certification


• Lean Manufacturing experience

Travel: May include up to 10%

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
