Nemera needs a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.  This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, L&D, performance & talent management, policy, employment law, etc. A continuous Improvement mind-set and a preference in working across teams is desired.

You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills


•     4 year degree in Human Resources or similar discipline


•     4+ years of HR experience required; preference given to talent that has worked in a manufacturing environment


•     Labor law and ADA specialist a plus


•     Working knowledge of ADP, preferred


•     Working knowledge of Oracle HRIS, preferred


•     Bi-lingual spanish a plus


•    Strong ability to work collaboratively with teams cross-functionally & Globally


•     Intermediate Excel and Word computer skills  


•     Be a self-starter with excellent problem solving, decision making and follow-through & project management skills
