A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Oversees the maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
• Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures .
• Coordinate with vendors for onsite repair and preventative maintenance work.
• Drive technician root cause analysis to quickly and efficiently solve issues.
• Ensure all work performed to equipment by technicians is documented in CMMS.
• Schedules maintenance activities to support manufacturing schedules.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function .
• Lead, coach, promote and execute maintenance excellence initiatives and projects .

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
