Role

As Vice President, Products you'll lead on solving a very hard problem; make the $3.5T global information technology market simple and efficient.  

Our Product Management teams help design and build innovative products for our customers. Product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You'll be joining a small but growing team of experienced Product Managers, Designers and Owners who have a track record of successfully building large-scale business products that are collectively impacting hundreds of thousands of users around the world.

As Vice President, Products, you'll be responsible for building a new product that streamlines how organizations make technology decisions. You'll work closely with our customers, the engineering and design teams, as well as other groups to design and build a product capable of making technology purchasing decisions more valuable and more efficient. We're building a new product from scratch, so you'll be responsible for driving everything from initial product strategy to the first shipped product and beyond.

Responsibilities

As Vice President your personal mission is to make a major portion of the world's economy more valuable and more efficient.

• Track record of shipping SaaS products, possesses extreme attention to detail, concisely communicates complex concepts, and is excited about combining complex business processes with beautiful product UX and design.
  
  


• Shipped SaaS applications that help companies manage complex processes
  
  


• Deep working knowledge of the information technology market
  
  

Requirements

• A creative product thinker who loves collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  
  


• Have a knack for identifying acute customer pain points
  
  


• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for clearly articulating customer problems
  
  


• Experience managing software products from kick-off to ship/launch
  
  


• Place a premium on user experience and creating products that people love
  
  


• Do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means creating detailed mockups for a new user flow or writing a new QA plan
  
  


• Create a Product roadmap that links to a strategy and vision capable of improving one of the world's largest markets
  
  


• Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement and focus on delivering daily/weekly product wins
