Someone who will dive into the trenches with our Product, Research, Pricing/Offers, Advertising and Legal teams, aligning them to the same goal: Deliver sticky gross adds for this all-important product. This perfect candidate will be raise-their-hand confident, roll-up-their-sleeves dedicated, and they’ll have the grit to smile when, at 6pm, the 4th fire drill of the day rolls into their inbox.

Reporting to the Director of Broadband Marketing Communications, you’ll be expected to work across the entire Broadband Marketing team to bring the absolute best messaging and content to market. You’ll translate a brief into a full suite of communication touchpoints, carefully putting yourself in the customer’s shoes at specific points in the journey. Diving deep into the library of market research, you will live and breathe our audiences and feel deeply connected to their desires and current pain points. After letting your words fly into the market, you’ll pull results and learnings and then, armed with new knowledge, you’ll do it all over again.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize, develop and maintain messaging inventory for all broadband customer touchpoints

• Facilitate and maintain communications intake across the company 

• Ensure customer messaging is tied to the customer lifecycle and ensure an appropriate number of customer touchpoints across the lifecycle

• Create and maintain centralized location for customer communication content and briefs

• Establish opt-in strategy to increase the number of contactable customers

• Utilize external research to inform recommendations for customer touchpoint and opt-in strategies

• Support Director in auditing and driving consistency across customer touchpoints

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or related field

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience

• Strong program management skills: you’re hyper-organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient presenter: you’re great in the room

• PowerPoint storyteller: articulate clever strategy; say a lot but don’t drown in detail

• Excel ninja: craft data-informed narratives

• Advanced relationship-building abilities to manage an assertive cross- functional team

• Strong written communicator: everyone looks forward to your emails

• Exceptional analytic and fact-based decision-making skills, experience with detailed quantitative analyses

• Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
