Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Internal

• Stresses the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working


• Provide excellence and consistency in the management and delivery of the project, in-line with the clients expectations


• Works to create a culture of continuous improvement


• Oversee performance and maintenance reports to compare against established metrics


• Assist Performance Team in day-to-day coordination and management of operational reporting activities


• Assist Performance Team in commissioning and testing activities of EPC jobs


• Collaborate with internal teams to collect and consolidate necessary data to complete reports and other analytical tools


• Using internal reporting tools, update existing reports for clients including Operation reports, Vitals, forecasting, etc.


• Assist in performance monitoring of SOLV operational fleet and identify low performers


• Assist and support in data analytics and other tools development


• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes


• Track CMMS to review work orders and various monitoring platform to review plant performance data and their impact in operational reporting


• Champion diversity and inclusion as an unconscious part of SRE culture.

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• College degree in related technical field preferred.


• 1+ Years experience in data analytics of Renewable Energy Industry, PV preferred


• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools


• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, and others


• Ability to travel 20% of time


• Broad understanding of the Renewable Energy industry with emphasis on Service and Construction


• Foster a spirit of collaboration between teams


• Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee owned company


• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
