JOB SUMMARY

As Jabil seeks to develop and retain our critical senior-level talent across our global enterprise, we are looking for a proven Learning and Development leader who can curate, deliver and drive adoption of multiple leading-edge programs.  Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, Diversity and Community, this individual will have the opportunity to drive progress and transformation in Jabil as we grow our next generation of leaders and ensure they are prepared to lead in a manner that is consistent with our leadership values and competencies:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Partner with internal talent and business leaders to build and facilitate targeted learning solutions for our Director, Sr Director and VP+ population


  • Deliver Leadership Development experience for Directors and Sr Directors focused on enhancing business and financial acumen, building trusting relationships and improving executive presence/communications


  • Design leading edge Diversity and Inclusion learning curriculum to foster an awareness of unconscious bias and support Jabil’s goal to achieve greater diversity and inclusivity within the organization



  • Partner with Managers, Talent Partners and HR Managers to develop individualized and detailed personal development plans


  • Partner with business leaders and peers in the HR and Talent Management teams to understand business strategies, identify leadership capability requirements, assess gaps, and determine high-priority development solutions


  • Create and analyze metrics to determine the impact of leadership development initiatives


  • Establish and maintain executive sponsorship for leadership development strategies and solutions


  • Proactively manage projects to ensure budgets, schedules, and performance criteria are met


  • Support global talent programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, diversity and inclusion, talent management and leadership development




JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS


  • Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain active executive sponsorship for leadership development solutions.


  • Ability to develop credibility and rapport with senior executives.


  • Exemplary facilitation skills.


  • Strong strategic- and systems- thinking skills.


  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in developing leaders, and experience applying these best practices within organizations.


  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; delivers clear, concise and influential messages.


  • Competence in evaluating effectiveness and return on investment in leadership programs.


  • Experience integrating competencies into organizational initiatives that build leadership capability.


  • Ease working independently as well as collaboratively.


  • Experience working in and conducting learning and development initiatives globally, including Greater China and the Americas.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • 10-15 years work-related experience required, preferably in learning, leadership development, talent management or similar.


  • Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree in a discipline such as industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, management, or a related field preferred.


  •  Minimum 5 years managerial experience required or a combination of education, experience and/or training.


  • Ability to travel up to 50%
