We are currently seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with Callidus / SAP Commissions expertise to join our North American Sales Performance Management practice. Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be instrumental to a successful new implementation where Cognizant is automating variable payment programs across North America. This role is a techno-functional role and provides long-term opportunity! Responsibilities include:

• Complete Solution Design including data interfaces, compensation design and reports.


• Leading requirement sessions with various groups technical/business


• Data Interface, Source to Target mapping, integrating on premise systems and/or Reporting design configuration.


• Build and define business process.


• Manage project partners and customer expectations


• Performance tuning Calculation run, report generation and ETL runs.


• Work with onsite and offshore team across multiple geographies

• Candidate should have minimum two end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Callidus Commissions.


• Should be conversant with SPM domain and terminologies.


• Ability to advise customer and technical teams and provide solutions.


• Knowledge of Commissions Data loader, Dashboard/BO groups /Crystal Report.


• Experience in Informatica or any other ETL tools is required


• Proficiency in Database (Oracle, SAP HANA DB and ETL processing.


• Superb Communication skills.

Nice To have Requirements:

• Plan Communicator Configuration, , Territory & Quota Configuration is good to have


• Integration to SAP ECC or SAP HANA SDI


• Knowledge of Callidus Cloud Web services
