Inclusively is seeking candidates for a Product Development Manager role for a major global apparel retailer! Employee will oversee product development for two brands within the company.
Responsibilities include:
Analyzing sales data, monitoring product performance, and collaborating with Sales & Planning teams
Maintaining a PLM system
Presenting line to supervisors and actively participating in meetings
Partnering cross-functionally in order to ensure the timely delivery of sales growth products
Monitor entire development process and maintain BOM
Contribute positively to team dynamics and work collaboratively
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of assortment planning, merchandising, supply chain, technical garment construction, fit, material construction, and development lifecycle
Analytical and data presentation skills
3-5 years in product line management and/or product development
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite, and FlexPLM (preferred)
